Instructions:

PLEASE INCLUDE: Identifying Marks, Numbers, Makers Name, Pattern, ETC.

1. Wrap all pieces separately. Use ample packing material. Don't wrap heavy items with fragile items. Double box all your precious memories.

2. More than one smaller box can be put inside a larger outer box.

3. Put address labels on all inner boxes as well as the outside box.

4. Inventory ALL the pieces.
Example:
Correct: "Sugar Bowl with Lid"
Incorrect: "Sugar Bowl"

5. Include: Name, Address, Apt. #, Zip Code, and Phone. Include Insured Value.

6. Insure sufficiently; we will return the items at your stated value plus the cost of restoration. If we feel that you have under insured, we will discuss this with you when estimates are returned.
